CALL OUR OFFICE

  • Cosmetic Consultations at Pearl Plastic Surgery are required for ALL cosmetic surgical procedures. They are one hour long with Dr. Nichols, during which time you may discuss areas of concern, procedures you are interested in, any questions you may have regarding the surgery. Dr. Nichols will examine your anatomy to ensure you are a candidate for the procedure and will explain how it is performed, healing time and more. During the consultation one of Dr. Nichols MA’s will be present, you may bring someone with you if you would like. We welcome any and all questions!

  • Cosmetic Consultation appointments require a $100 fee to secure your appointment with Dr. Nichols. This fee is non-refundable, however it will apply towards your surgery if scheduled!

  • Since we are a busy Cosmetic Surgery Center, Cosmetic Consultations are booking around 1-2 months in advance. However we understand sometimes you would like to be seen sooner, and we are happy to place you on our cancellation list. In case anyone cancels their appointment with Dr. Nichols, we will give you a call!

  • These consultations are held in person in our clinic, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Unless you sign a Photo Release Form, we will keep your images private for our office use only

  • We are booking surgeries 1-2 months after Consultation appointments, unless you are looking to schedule further out.

  • Cosmetic Consultations are not covered by insurance. If you would like to try and get your insurance to cover a procedure please have your primary care doctor send us over a referral!

  • No! We provide you with a quote that is valid for 6 months. However if you want to secure the earliest surgery date we suggest booking the same day.
