- Cosmetic Surgery fees include all pre and post-operative appointments, any post surgical garments including post-operative bras for breast augmentation/lift patients and our saline and silicone gel breast implants include a warranty backed by both the manufacturer and Dr. Nichols. -Pain Pumps can help reduce your need for narcotics which can have undesirable side-effects and slow your recovery. Having a pain pump for cosmetic surgery can help you move about quicker, breathe more deeply and return to normal daily life quicker. -SmartLipo procedures include a post-surgical compression garment and two complementary massages to help reduce swelling and assist lymphatic drainage.
